Details:

The primary purpose of Wood Badge Training is to strengthen Scouting in our local units, districts, and Council.

The Wood Badge Course brings together leaders from all areas of Scouting: Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Varsity Scouts, Venturing, along with District and Council volunteers.

The Wood Badge program consists of two parts- The Practical Phase and the Application Phase.

The Practical Phase will be presented over the two 3-day weekends at Camp Roosevelt, (attendance is mandatory for both weekends).

The Application Phase of Wood Badge Training is the eighteen months where you are required to complete your ticket objectives.

You will be assigned a Ticket Counselor who will provide you with assistance and guidance as you “Work Your Ticket”
