The NESA committee meets on the 1st Monday of every month. They are responsible for reviewing the Eagle Service projects before they have begun. The application must be turned into the Freeedom Service Center in Orono on/by the 1st Monday of each month. To have youproject reviewed please make sure your Eagle Service Project Application is filled outin its entirelty. Also applications with handwritten info will not be accepted. Make sure you are able to type your project into the corresponding paperwork. The Eagle Service Project application may be downloaded at www.scouting.org. All projects not approved should review notations and suggestions by the NESA committee.
As soon as that months projects are reviewed the NESA committee hold Eagle Boards for those scouts who have completed their projects. All scouts are invited to be boarded. For those families and scouts who distance may be too great to travel to the Freedom Service Cneter, there are Eagel Boards that are held in bothHancock and North Star Districts.
